Join us for our First Sound Healing Chakra Experience! This deeply relaxing Chakra Sound Journey will allow you to create space for healing and wellness. We will start with a short, easy yoga session lead by Diana Hernandez to prepare the body to rest in Savasana. This short practice will be focused on connecting the breath with the movement and release all the tension from the day. While cozied up in Savasana Gloria Baker, our sound healing guide, will offer a symphony of sacred sounds curated by the chakra tuned crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chakra drum, and more. This meditative experience will take you on a journey that fosters mind-body-connection and helps rejuvenate your whole being. You will leave feeling centered, balanced, and focused. Sound healing is a great complement to improving your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Monday Nov 13th at 6:00 pm. Event is 75 mins long. Limited to the first 15 students. Investment: $20 early bird/ $25 at the door if we have availability. Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited size of the event cancellations needs to be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund so we can have the time to open the space for someone else to join the experience.
